Good friendly service and very helpful through what is now a sometimes elongated digital purchasing and finance systems. Clarity through the huge number of build options. Good no pressure test drive. Excellent thorough knowledgeable handover.

Getting the car so quickly was very appreciated. Josh gave us all of the information we needed. We were surprised that salesmen at other dealers (Audi, Kia, Toyota, BMW (not Vertu)) showed a total lack of interest.

I was getting my third motability car from Mini as I've always found them excellent. Particularly Keely at the Yeovil site! Unfortunately I was in too much pain to pick my car up, but she was a gem to my mum & dad. Such a thoughtful and kind soul xx

My wife had to take our Mini for it's service. She said everyone was very friendly and looked after her and our daughter. We were sent a video of the car being checked over and given a detailed form showing the service undertaken.

A good service, Andy looked after us at reception, fair price for work even though we had not received a quote prior to visit. However, we did not receive video of inspection it was sent to LAND LINE not mobile, same with confirmation appointment.

Friendly and good service going in for a MOT and service. Apparently my service plan had been setup incorrectly when I bought the car the year before so I had to pay extra on the day that I wasn't expecting which was a little confusing/frustrating.

Good service, friendly staff. Very expensive! NB I did not have any trouble with your call centre this time, but please not it can be very inflexible for repairs. They don't know best slots or availability of free car if needed.

Very helpful staff on arrival and excellent customer service, including the offer of a lift into town whilst waiting for our battery replacement. Timely feedback on the vehicle health check and appreciate the car valet so spotless on collection.

I feel, that you do a vehicle check you put screen wash, you check my oil, 5 days later my oil is critical asking to fill up ASAP, advisory for my tracking. When you could have told me I would have ask you to do that. I was worried it had cost me £80
